A little extra tile can save a lot of headaches later.
We generally recommend ordering 10–15% more than your measured square footage. That extra material helps cover cuts during installation, unexpected breakage, and gives you spare tiles for future repairs if you ever need them.
If you're installing large format tile, a herringbone pattern, diagonal layout, or another design with lots of cuts, your installer may recommend ordering a little more.
